JOB DESCRIPTION:
Account & Relationship Management:
Together with AM, communicate with clients to deliver daily work as per Client&039;s expectations. Take care of and entertain the Client at equal levels when needed.
3rd party management.
Understand and provide solutions to clients to deliver project objectives and KPIs.
Manage client expectations to ensure timelines, progress, budget, and client deliverables, while achieving the expected profit for the company.
Planning & Execution Management:
Mobilize and drive the integrated team towards progress and completion of all scoped deliverables.
Supervise AE to prepare competitive materials collection and client materials support.
Prepare the content relevant to brand induction; Client debriefs, competitive reviews, market checks, contact reports, and project timelines well. Get seniors&039; approval before releasing it to the Client or internal teams.
Understand staffing and scoping requirements.
Together with AM level onward to prepare Credentials for new Clients. Tailor- made case studies up to each Client&039;s business, except case studies mainly relevant to strategy.
Own project management/workflow and reporting.
Assist AM in developing Client Briefs and simple Briefs for internal teams.
Quality Assurance and Operations:
Review all outputs to ensure they meet client cost/schedule/quality requirements and give feedback accurately to team members.
Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
People Development:
Support AE and intern execution and motivate them to grow up.
Develop and manage AEs and interns, if any.
New Business Development:
Proactively explore new scopes from current clients and new business opportunities that tap into new markets.
Pitch proposals to potential clients to expand the customer base.
Paperwork:
Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and performance summaries to clients and internal stakeholders.
Ensure all project- related paperwork, including contracts and invoices, is filed and managed appropriately.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation for client engagements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge & Experiences:
Univerity graduate majoring in Advertising/ Marketing/Digital/ Communication or related field is preferred.
+3 years of experience (Agency).
Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skills/Abilities:
Able to lead 2- 4 projects at a complex level simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management techniques, tools, and methodologies to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns.
Logical thinking.
Attention to detail / Well- organized in the way of working & thought process.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Both in Vietnamese and English).
Adaptable, can work under pressure.
Hard- working, dedicated to work.
Good interpersonal skills.
Proper delivery internally & externally in all aspects: documents/works/communication.
Ability to think strategically about issues, equitable delivery of agency and client support, and message development.
