Sales Development & Client Growth
Coordinate with Sales Manager / Team Leader to send introduction new Got It products and solutions (eVoucher, API integration, loyalty tools) to expand usage within existing accounts.
Catch up weekly / monthly basis with Sales Manager / Team Leader to have product training & self- learning to stay updated on Got It’s new features, campaigns, and competitor positioning.
Ensure high client retention rate by managing renewal discussions well ahead of contract expiry.
Explore cross- department sales opportunities (e.g., from HR to Marketing or Sales team in the same company).
Regularly communicate with Existing Clients to share best practices and case studies with clients to inspire new use cases.
Maintain and grow assigned client portfolio with Sales Manager by building strong relationships with key decision- makers (HR, Trade Marketing, Procurement, Sales, Finance).
Support Order & Sales Project Operations
Update changes in products, policies, and procedures; closely coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance in executing sales operations in accordance with company regulations.
Manage contract validity and calculate sales revenue for rebate payments to customers as per contract terms.
Manage and monitor the budget of assigned customer accounts.
Reconcile sales data, payments, and outstanding debts with relevant departments.
Support operations, manage and monitor progress, handle delivery requests, and promptly respond to arising issues for campaigns and other related sales projects.
Process and collect internal documents to register vendors and prepare bidding documentation.
Receive requests from Sales and customers; coordinate with relevant internal departments to prepare quotations, contracts, purchase orders (PO), payment documents, acceptance records, etc.
Receive, review, consult on, and process orders according to procedures and timelines; ensure accuracy in delivering products and services to customers.
Sales Interaction & Support
Receive and respond to information from customers, Sales, and internal departments in a timely and accurate manner.
Support and coordinate with Sales and relevant departments to resolve post- sales service issues that may arise during the delivery of products and services to customers.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to prepare client proposals, sales decks, and campaign materials.
Proactively collaborate with relevant departments and the Sales team to drive order fulfillment during critical sales periods, ensuring business progress and effectiveness.
Act as the key liaison between the Sales team and relevant departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Service, etc.) to handle requests arising during the sales process.
Sales data & Reporting
Manage, monitor, and report on the status and sales performance of orders handled by the Sales team.
Consolidate and update periodic sales reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for the Sales team and management.
Prepare reports as requested by customers and the Sales team, including: SMS reminder reports, product usage rate reports, and purchase revenue by account.
