Senior Account Executive (Real Estate)

Overview:
Experience requirement: 2 years in advertising/digital/client service.

With over 9 years of experience in the industry, we excel at driving effective strategies across multiple platforms. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in advertising, digital marketing, and client service. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred.
Job Description:
Market Analysis and Client Engagement:

Develop insightful questions to understand clients&039; concerns and expectations.
Identify market needs, trends, and opportunities.
Collaborate with clients to study their insights, needs, and market practices.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Project Cost Management:

Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams to develop quotations and project estimates.
Support the Finance team in contract liquidation and debt management for optimal cash flow.
Negotiate with clients to ensure profitability while meeting their expectations.
Stay updated on market costs to provide competitive proposals to clients.
Monitor project expenses to ensure cost- efficiency.

Project Execution:

Develop project plans in collaboration with internal teams, specify action timelines, checklists, and allocate resources.
Manage project progress, quality, and solve problems on a daily basis.
Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timelines and meet clients&039; expectations.

Experience:
