Senior Account Executive

Role Overview
As the core business unit, Senior Account Executive role in Account Solutions team will be responsible for managing key clients and helping them planning as well as executing IMC campaigns. Specifically:
Project Management

Manage LOTTE’s indoor LED Ad projects, including contracting with clients & vendors, QC advertising materials and distribute ads on the LED systems.
Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
Maintain accurate and up- to- date project files.

Client Service:

Maintain and develop client relationships. Understand their marketing communications needs.
Manage client billing and collections.
Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
Ensure that the company’s work exceeds clients’ expectations.
Write project briefs that accurately capture client’s needs, objectives, and budget, and that give colleagues the information they need in order to do their best work.

Production:

Supervise and ensure quality of vendors and contractors’ deliverables
Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.

KPI Management:

Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
Prepare client reports.

New Business:

Participate in company brainstorms and market research as needed.
Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.

3+ years working in communications/marketing/advertising agency.
BA degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Journalism, Foreign Language, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
Good customer service attitude, good attention to details
Proactive with a love for all things creative and innovative

Nice to Have

Hands- on experience in marketing/communication campaign planning, execution and measurement, including but not limited to PR, Digital, BTL etc.
Excellent written English, Korean would be an advantage but not required
Experience in managing, building up subordinate (Account Executive(s))
