Senior Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for quality of deliverables, timeline and KPIs delivery commitment
• Manage campaign brainstorming and planning with internal teams
• Manage campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensure strategy matching the brief, manage campaign launching and ongoing operations, including market research, budgeting and reporting
• Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
• Lead and inspire your team, fostering a collaborative and high- performing culture
• Estimate and optimize budget to deliver positive return on marketing spend
• Work- flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers
• Lead on a portfolio of accounts and manage day- by- day client communication
• Understand client’s business and objectives, input strategically to develop creative briefs

• Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in agency environment is essential
• Having strategic planning experience is an advantage
• Solid experience working with a variety of categories
• Team- oriented, results- driven, and highly adaptable in a fast- paced environment.
• Management of integrated campaigns: including media, creative, branding, content, digital, PR, social…
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans
