Senior Advertising Specialist

Mission
To lead the digital advertising performance for a fast- growing EU based company expanding its operations to Da Nang, Vietnam. You’ll manage, scale, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
You’ll work directly under the mentorship of a seasoned digital marketing strategist with over 10 years of experience in e- commerce and SEA, gaining access to advanced playbooks while being trusted with full ownership of campaign execution, performance, and innovation.

- Driving ROI and revenue across multiple international markets.
- Client satisfaction through data- backed insights and consistent performance growth.
- Implementing AI- driven campaign strategies and automation tools.
What You’ll Need to Do
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze KPIs, and present actionable recommendations.
- Research and test new advertising channels, AI tools, and creative concepts to sustain long- term performance gains.
- Develop comprehensive digital media strategies: research audiences, allocate budgets, and design data- driven media mixes.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize based on conversion and ROI metrics.
- Leverage AI- powered automation tools (Advantage+, Google’s AI- generated assets, TikTok Creative Automation, etc.) to improve campaign efficiency.
- Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams (creative, content, and data) to enhance ad performance and customer journey optimization.
- Stay up to date on digital privacy regulations, first- party data strategies, and evolving advertising technologies.

- Self- driven, organized, and proactive- able to work independently while aligning with cross- border teams.
- 5+ years in digital advertising and performance marketing, with measurable success in scaling campaigns.
- Excellent English communication skills, especially for reporting, client updates, and collaboration with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, test, and optimize large budgets across multiple markets.
- 3+ years hands- on managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including new- generation AI tools (e.g., Advantage+, Smart Bidding).
- Strong analytical mindset; experienced with GA and data sync between ad platforms.
- Deep passion for advertising innovation, constantly tracking trends in AI automation, privacy- first strategies, and audience intelligence.
