Affiliate System Development
• Design onboarding processes, training materials, tutorial videos, content guidelines, and performance tracking systems for Affiliates.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content and sales strategies, as well as support materials for KOLs/KOCs/Affiliates/Collaborators.
• Create and manage incentive programs, commissions, bonus schemes, and policies to drive Affiliate/Collaborator engagement and productivity.
• Source, attract, and select suitable affiliates tailored to each of the company’s brand portfolios.
• Develop strategies to build and expand the Affiliate system, including KOLs/KOCs, Massive UGC/JBP Affiliate partners, MCN/TAP Partner Live- streaming, and sales collaborators across multiple platforms.
Affiliate System Management & Care
• Train and develop the affiliate support team to ensure timely responses, positive attitudes, and efficient issue resolution.
• Implement community care activities: team motivation, mini- games, internal livestreams, and community engagement events for affiliates.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to handle complaints, provide technical support, and answer inquiries from the affiliate community.
• Build regular reporting systems: revenue, performance, conversion rates, etc., for different affiliate groups.
• Classify affiliates based on performance to develop appropriate care, retention, and priority strategies.
Job requirements
• 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Leader (preferably in Marketing, E- commerce, Electronics, or Home Appliances sectors).
• Strong business mindset, system- building capabilities, motivation skills, and community leadership.
• In- depth understanding of affiliate models and online sales collaborators; proficiency in Affiliate management tools such as Growstack.
• Excellent communication, persuasive skills, ability to work independently, and resilience under pressure.
• Existing network of KOLs/KOCs, MCN/TAP partners, and proven experience managing large- budget KOL/KOC booking campaigns.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday
• Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:30.
• Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:00.
