JOB DESCRIPTION
Campaign Planning & Strategy
Lead the strategic planning of influencer marketing campaigns based on brand goals, customer insights, and social commerce trends.
Propose creative content directions and KOL/KOC/Influencer pairings that align with product positioning and target audience on platforms like TikTok Shop.
Campaign Management & Coordination
Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and optimize results.
Prepare campaign briefs, approve creative concepts, and ensure alignment with client KPIs (traffic, ROAS, conversion...).
Monitor campaign progress and update relevant tracking files.
Oversee execution timelines, deliverables, and quality standards across departments (Creative, Business Develop, Account, Finance, etc.)
Insight Analysis & Trend Monitoring
Monitor industry and platform trends (TikTok, Shopee Live, etc.) to continuously update planning approaches.
Maintain and segment influencer database based on performance, niche, and campaign goals.
Analyze past campaign data and customer behavior to improve planning accuracy and strategic fit.
Performance Review & Optimization
Generate post- campaign reports and extract insights for future improvements.
Collaborate with performance and media teams to align influencer planning with the overall marketing funnel.
Measure campaign effectiveness based on predefined KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in a similar role at a digital agency or e- commerce/digital- focused company.
Familiar with digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e- commerce ecosystems (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada).
Soft skills:

Positive and responsible attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Creative, detail- oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to team success.
Competency skills:
Basic understanding of customer behaviors and current digital market trends.
Strong written communication skills, especially in supporting proposal and presentation development.
Proven ability to support project execution aligned with timelines, budgets, and performance indicators.
Knowledgeable in branding concepts and digital tools for campaign execution.
Passionate about influencer marketing and committed to delivering high- quality work within a collaborative team environment.
