Senior Application Operations Officer

General
- Provide technical support for core banking system users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with end- users to identify and address application- related issues.
- Ensure the availability and reliability of core banking system applications.
Application Management
- Monitor application performance, respond to alerts, and implement necessary fixes.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of core banking system applications.
- Coordinate with development teams to address application- related bugs and enhancements.
Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records of application configurations and changes.
- Document application support processes, incidents, and resolutions.
Administrative
- Follow the policies and procedures of the finance institute (FI).
Policy
- Maintain awareness of IT security practices and promote a secure computing environment.
- Ensure compliance with the FI&039;s IT policies and standards.
Management Responsibilities
- Provide regular updates to IT management regarding application support issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance the stability and functionality of core banking system applications.

Experience:
- Have experience on business analysis and system analysis.
- Minimum 05 years working experience in IT field (application operation management, End User Support, or UAT support)
- Have experience on Core banking/Core Card system is a plus.
- Have working experience in Finance/Banking/Insurance is a plus.
Skill:
- Experience on application development and application support
- Experience on both Java, SQL, PL/SQL development
