Senior Backend Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable server- side applications and APIs. You will work closely with Frontend, Mobile, Product, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, high- performance systems that support business growth.
Responsibilities

Design and manage databases (SQL & NoSQL)
Perform code reviews and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Develop and integrate RESTful / GraphQL APIs
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Collaborate with DevOps on deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Design, develop, and maintain server- side applications and APIs
Build scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems
Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices

Requirements

Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web services
Experience with backend frameworks (Spring Boot, NestJS, Express, Django, FastAPI, etc.)
Strong problem- solving and communication skills
Strong proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, PHP, Node.js, Python, Go, or .NET)
2–5+ years of experience in backend development
Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization

Nice to Have

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS)
Experience working on high- traffic or large- scale systems
Experience with microservices architecture
Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of caching, monitoring, and logging systems
CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
