Senior Backend Engineer Ruby/Java/Python

We have developed various products based on e- commerce platforms, whether they are incubation, growth- phase products, or long- term core business products.
Main technology:

Ruby on Rails for backend
js, Typescript for frontend
AWS (EC2, ECS) for infrastructure

Responsibility

Work DevOps of various services and partner solutions
Demonstrate technical and product ownership with product managers and business teams
Guarantee the products quality, high availability, and high throughput for long term business impact and customers experience

Yêu cầu công việc

Technical skills:

Hand- on experience with designing and tuning relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Experience with designing and implementing asynchronous processes using event streaming services such as Kafka.
Solid experience with developing Linux and web- based application’s frameworks (fluent in at least one of the following: Ruby on Rails, Django,… etc.)
Familiar with cloud computing such as AWS.
Experience with improving legacy code/system and working with REST API, and GraphQL.
Confident with Ruby/Java/NodeJS/Python or what other languages but willing to deal with Ruby.

Other skills:

Seniority level should have experience with guiding junior members.
Ability to work with others and preference on teamwork.
Strong interest to change old industries with technology.
Decent communication English skill to work with global members.
Pair programming and/or mob programming.
High interest in learning and using new technology.
