Senior BE / AEM / Javascript

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Leader with expertise in Java and JavaScript to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and strong technical skills. Experience in the banking sector is a plus. You will be responsible for leading backend development efforts and ensuring effective communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Mentor and guide team members in best practices and coding standards.
Lead backend development initiatives, focusing on Java and JavaScript technologies.
Work with AEM to develop and maintain applications.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to design and implement technical solutions.

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients.
Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage technical projects.
Strong experience with Java and JavaScript.

Probation: 2 months, 100 % salary, if you are good, will be decreased by 1 month.
