Senior Business Analyst

Assist PM in managing project change requests
Assist PM on requirement sign off process
Reviewing and providing the appropriate feedback on the final implementation of the user interface
Assist PM on project scope, estimation, and planning
Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues with client.
Work with QC to verify that all requirements of the system are fulfilled by the implementation in the traceability manner among requirements, CR, and implementation
Create SRS (System Requirement Spec), Feature List (if needed), UC list and UC detail, GBR (General Business Rules), and wireframe for complex UCs (if needed)
Acting as the bridge between the client and offshore to clarify the requirement with the development team (developers, QC, UI designer) both business and system analysis view as well as the bridge among internal team
Gather business and system requirements, assist client in defining requirements and suggesting ideas

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent command of verbal and written English skills, able to support team with English documentation
Willing to respond to US customers in the evening
Experience in using Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools
Having basic understanding in database- MySQL
Having analytical skill and logical Be able to grasp the complex software system and learn quickly
Good UML knowledge is a great asset
At least 3+ years of experience working as BA
Good communication, presentation and management skills
Good design documentation is Experience in creating clear, concise documentations
