Senior Business Analyst

Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including IT, operations, and product development, to design solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
Serve as a key point of contact between business units and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Conduct detailed risk assessments for proposed solutions, ensuring that all potential risks are identified, analyzed, and mitigated in alignment with banking regulations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories, to support project delivery and compliance.
Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, providing regular updates and insights as needed.
Support the testing phase by validating that solutions meet business requirements and identifying any issues or discrepancies, ensuring quality and compliance before deployment.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on the banking industry.
Knowledge of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Familiarity with business analysis tools, methodologies, and software, with the ability to leverage these for effective solution design.
English: writing, reading.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
