Senior Business Analyst

Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, system requirements, scoping, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals ..., etc...)
Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA processes.
Identify ways to increase adoption and customer/ end user satisfaction.
Developing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
Participate in the evaluation process and develop project development strategies through performing risk analysis, identifying risks, and planning responses.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
Participate in multiple projects as a Business Analyst.
Cooperating with Project Manager in developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts
Write and update detailed requirements documents, including use cases, work flow diagrams, and other document analyses.

Have a spirit of demanding high- quality product
At least 3 years of working experience in a Business Analyst
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field
Excellent problem- solving, communication, time management and analytical skills.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Confident presenter.
Be a fast learner, have a desire to learn and apply new technology
Ability to successfully handle multiple projects and manage multiple tasks at any given point
Effective stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
Proficient in using tools such as UML, Visio, Figma or similar software.
Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Power BI
