Function of the position: Participate in developing products on the FPT Smart Cloud PaaS platform.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for receiving product development requests, analyzing and advising feasible solutions for the Board of Directors/Product Owner, and being responsible for transforming these requirements into actual products.
Product Development:
Research technology and other providers, assess system impacts to advise feasible solutions/implementation plans for the Board of Directors/Product Owner.
Support and participate in the testing process to ensure the developed outcomes meet initial requirements, including interface, integration, and logic processing within the system.
Participate in training and internal communication (within the center and company) to introduce the product to sales channels and internal teams.
Participate in training and preparing necessary resources to hand over product operations to the SRE division, Operations Center, and Customer Support.
Create detailed documentation to describe requirements for the product development team (development/testing, etc.), ensuring quality criteria of Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) according to Agile practices.
Receive requests for new development or product enhancements, processes, features, etc., from stakeholders (Board of Directors, Product Owner, sales, customers).
Prepare necessary resources for product launch (Go to Market).
Product Operations:
Monitor and evaluate the business performance and operation of the assigned product.
Support Sales and Presales during customer engagement and consultation.
Participate in and propose improvements to the product, processes, and quality within the Scrum team, center, and company.
Act as the primary point of contact for development requests within the product team.
Assist SRE, Operations Center, and Customer Support to resolve inquiries and support customers in meeting the company&039;s SLA.
