What You Will Do:
Core Business Analysis
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Produce clear documentation: BRDs, user stories, use cases, workflows, mockups,
process maps.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX) to ensure
shared understanding.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement,
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions with business users.
• Support product delivery by ensuring features are tested, validated, and well-
communicated.
• Maintain consistent and up- to- date product documentation.
Domain- Specific Responsibilities
• Conduct domain research in areas such as education, learning models, HR workflows,
r wellness.
• Translate expertise from educators, psychologists, or HR professionals into actionable
specifications.
• Ensure cultural and regulatory sensitivity in education and mental health products.
• Support feature development related to people’s well- being, EdTech, HealthTech, or
employee assistance programs (EAPs).
• Consider compliance with privacy, ethics, and data protection standards (GDPR,
HIPAA) in requirements gathering.
• Support data- driven decision- making by gathering user feedback and analytics insights.
