Senior Business Analyst

About the Job
As a Business Analyst at Timo, Vietnam’s first digital bank, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping digital banking innovations. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers. Dive deep into financial products, their business cases & value propositions, translate business requirements into impactful features, and work hand- in- hand with business & technical teams to empower our digital banking services.
Responsibilities:
Clarifying Requests:

Analyze business cases, impact, and resource requirements.
Ensure alignment with the right solution.
Receive requests from business stakeholders or sponsors.

Defining BRDs:

Prepare for the design, development, and launch of product features.
Clearly define business cases, requirements, and success factors.

Refining BRDs:

Update as new insights or constraints arise.
Collaborate with designers and engineers.
Break down BRDs into smaller components.

Revisiting and Revising:

Follow up post- launch, collecting insights and adoption rates
Review request for adjustment & improvement from business stakeholders or sponsors.
Collaborate on launching and operational preparation.

Business Analyst / Product Owner Experience:

Ability to research, analyze, and define business requirements with clear business case, solution & success factor.
Proven track record in fintech or digital banking.

Research Skills:

Familiarity with fintech, banking, and financial products.
Comfortable discussing both business aspects and technical details.

Empathy and Collaboration:

Navigate collaboration across business & technical teams.
Translate insights into meaningful requirements.
Understand diverse perspectives.

Collaboration Skills:

Bridge the gap between ideas and execution.
Work effectively with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers.
