Joining our team as a Senior Business Analyst (Project Manager), you will work closely with our clients to design, build and roll- out exciting new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on researching, making mockups and having an excellent sense of trending UI/UX in the marketplace. Job description

Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment;
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets;
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to make sure the project/s run smoothly, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
Conduct regular team meetings and work closely with Tech Lead to provide updates, address concerns, and celebrate milestones;
Supporting users for UAT.
Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.

And other tasks as assigned by the Management team.
