(Senior) Business Analyst (Agile)

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Work closely with other Product Owner/Business Analyst Manager to understand and contribute to product vision.
• Coordinate with developers and testers to develop digital solutions answering business requirements.
• Work with the business users to understand business needs and is a contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writing the business and functional requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support end users on system usage.
• Create and monitor user stories with the system development team.
• Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Write documents on business processes, system features, and specifications to share among multiple development teams.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Conduct interviews with clients and related departments to identify opportunities to optimize the user experience and efficiency of business operations.
• Provide guidance on the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior

Education level:
• Four- year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Knowledge & Experiences:
• Have strong experience with BPMN.
• Having experience in financial trading products and a good background in the financial market is a plus.
• Experience in Agile way of work is a must.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis, and minimum 1 year in managing internal projects.
• Experience in using Figma to design is a must.
• Familiar with work collaboration tools, such as JIRA, Confluence.
Soft skills:
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem- solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideas required in a diverse, fast- paced, deadline- driven team environment.

• Highly self- motivated and directed.
