ROLE OVERVIEW
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAI & Technology Analysis
We&039;re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Vietnam team. The ideal candidate combines business analysis expertise with an interest in technology, capable of understanding client requirements, and working collaboratively with our technical team to deliver innovative solutions.
This position reports to our Team Lead and works closely with our Melbourne creative team and international clients.
Support the development team in translating business needs into technical solutions
Work with the team to understand AI tools and how they can benefit client projects
Research client business processes and identify opportunities for technology improvements
Document project requirements and collaborate on implementation planning
Learn about new AI tools and technologies as they emerge
Systems & Project Analysis
Create clear documentation that both technical and non- technical stakeholders can understand
Understand client technical needs and current system capabilities
Support database and system optimization discussions
Research and recommend appropriate tools and integrations for client needs
Work with development team to design solutions that meet business objectives
Cross- Functional Project Leadership
Manage project delivery coordination between Vietnam technical team and Melbourne client- facing team
Translate complex client requirements into actionable development tasks
Create and maintain project documentation in Jira, including detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead technical discovery sessions with Melbourne creative team and international clients
Facilitate technical reviews and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Client & Stakeholder Management
Present technical solutions and recommendations directly to clients via video conferencing
Support pre- sales technical consulting and solution architecture
Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides
Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for client teams
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and troubleshooting
Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
Implement best practices for technical documentation and knowledge management
Establish quality standards for technical deliverables and AI- enhanced solutions
Contribute to internal process improvement and methodology development
Monitor project performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
