Senior Business Analyst (Main UI/UX)

Contact to Partners for integration with outside system (Payment gateway, Third- party supplier, ...);
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype...
Work closely with the development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date...)
Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.
Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements.
Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.

Young and smart: You should be a young and energetic individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast- paced environment. You should also have a sharp and analytical mind, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
At least 1 year of experience in product development as a Business Analyst or Product owner.
Good skills in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Visio..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes. Submitting CV with product mockups you made is a big plus.
Experience with Blockchain projects is plus
Excellent research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
Good sense of UI/UX: You should have a good sense of UI/UX principles and be able to provide guidance to our design team to ensure that their work reflects these principles.
Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Economics and Business.
Proficiency in English/Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written)
Quick business mindset: You should be able to think on your feet and make strategic decisions quickly. You should also be able to anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
Mockup creation: You should have experience in creating mockups that accurately reflect our clients&039; needs and preferences. You should also be able to iterate quickly on your designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
