Job Description:
Provide training, user manuals, and process documentation for end users.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, URD, user stories).
Map out current and future- state processes using tools such as BPMN or UML.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams including development, QA, and UX to ensure the solution meets business needs.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business processes, especially in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, and inventory.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users in English.
Act as a subject- matter expert (SME) for manufacturing- related workflows and systems.
Support system design, solution validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with business analysis tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
Proficient in English – able to communicate effectively with international stakeholders (meetings, emails, reports).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g. BOM, routing, MRP, production planning, quality control).
Experience working with ERP, MES, or supply chain management systems.
Proven ability to write clear and comprehensive documentation (BRD, URD, SRS).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem- solving skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focusing on manufacturing.
