Senior Business Analyst (Office 365 Power App)/Mobile Developer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting users when issues arise.
Implementing and testing of solutions.
Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements and digitalization.
Creating functional specifications for solutions.
Developing auto- workflow/web- app/report using Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Excel and SharePoint.
Conducting training and preparing UMD.
Supporting business transition and helping to establish chang.
Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements; analyzing data.
Implementing application and taking it live to staff members.
Maintaining and enhancing system performance.
Checking for applications bugs.
Preparing BRD (if assigned).
Offering support services for business users regard IT developed applications.
Work closely with users and identify the pain area and map the business requirement.
Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
Bug fixing regard IT developed applications.
Designing Office 365 Power Apps solution in line with specifications given by business users.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge of various technologies, frameworks, platforms, solutions is preferable.
Software development with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with nice to have experience in SharePoint, Power BI anh Excel.
Office 365 SharePoint knowledge.
Professional attitude.
Technical document preparation skill.
3 years of experience in IT service analysis, experience in software development and deployment is an advantage.
Graduated from University majoring in programming and information technology.
Being proactive.
Project management knowledge / experience is a plus.
Office 365 Power Automate knowledge.
Fluent in English.
Office 365 Power Apps knowledge.
