Joining our team as a Senior Business Analyst (Project Manager), you will work closely with our clients to design, build and roll- out exciting new products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on researching, making mockups and having an excellent sense of trending UI/UX in the marketplace. WOO TECH is on a journey of future growth and this position is to be a key part of this evolution. In this role, you will help the company to expand our value proposition and step up to rapidly- evolving client needs.

Ensure development requirements are clear and technologically feasible on Jira tickets;
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment;
Supporting users for UAT.
Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, resource requirements & activities.
Conduct regular team meetings and work closely with Tech Lead to provide updates, address concerns, and celebrate milestones;
Collaborating with clients and internal team to define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
Manage the project delivery according to the planned schedule;
And other tasks as assigned by the Management team.
Collaborate with the development team to design content management systems (CMS) for project;
Working with customers, end users, and stakeholders to understand customer’s business processes, needs and requirements.
Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to make sure the project/s run smoothly, ensuring alignment with project objectives;
Creating manual guide for product and conducting demo to customers.
