Perform software testing, verify features and business processes to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
Create training materials and provide training on new features for relevant stakeholders.
Develop and provide user manuals, and business process documentation for the software development team, including materials such as the Feature List, SRS (Software Requirement Specification), Use Case specifications, and prototype interface designs.
Provide user guidance and support for product usage, and troubleshoot issues when problems arise.
Support the QA team in clarifying output requirements to ensure product quality and assist other teams within the department during project implementation.
Participate in product planning activities, including defining product roadmaps, aligning feature priorities with business goals, and supporting release planning efforts.
Receive requests, analyze business processes, conduct research, and propose development directions for the project, with a focus on camera- related products and their software ecosystem.
Review user feedback and propose appropriate solutions.
Collect information, write documentation, manage requirements, organize meetings, assess feasibility/suitability, and act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
