Senior Business Analyst

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Prepare and present reports and findings to management.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation.
Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and feasibility studies.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Conduct research and market analysis to support decision- making.

Internship or coursework related to business analysis is a plus.
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Detail- oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
