Senior Business Analyst

Manage the document library, ensuring all documents are up- to- date and easily accessible.
Write brief documents including business requirements and project requirements for internal sprints and software features.
Control document changes and versioning to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Review actual implementations against briefing documents to ensure alignment.
Create comprehensive documentations for firmware, software, and product- related information.
Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G- suites for documentation and project management.
Collaborate closely with cross- functional teams to gather necessary information for documentation.

Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and G- suites for documentation and project management.
Exceptional attention to detail with excellent English and Vietnamese writing skills.
Strong understanding, experience, and passion in mobile applications and/ or hardware devices / wearables.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on firmware and software documentation.
Bachelor&039;s degree related field. Master&039;s degree is a plus.
Ability to write clear and concise business requirements and project requirements.
