We’re looking for a strategic and data- driven Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our revenue growth across multiple markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partnership Development: Discover, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. with Telcos, media groups, platforms)
Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs and market trends to identify growth bottlenecks and optimize ROI. Analyze ARPUs and drive decisions within the Sales team
Go- to- Market Strategy: Own the launch strategy for new services and market entries. Aligning product, sales, marketing, and tech teams
Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, GEOs, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth
Product and Marketing Monetization: Work closely with BI, Product and Marketing teams to develop and optimize monetization strategies for existing and upcoming mVAS offerings
Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to growth forecasting and help set financial targets aligned with strategic goals
Cross- functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Sales, Tech, and UI teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
* Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in mVAS, Telco, or SaaS
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones
Familiarity with digital acquisition channels (Google, Affiliation, DSPs)
Proven track record of scaling business operations or launching new markets/products
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in tools like Excel, Quicksight, and Tableau or similar
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
* Preferred Qualifications:
Hands- on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely)
Ability to use Excel Power Query and/or VBA
Established relationships with Advertising Agencies and/or Telcos
Hands- on experience on Advertising Platforms and DSPs
