Job Scope:
The Senior Compensation and Benefits officer (C&B) will responsible for the activities related to the processing of the payroll aiming at guaranteeing the correct payment of employees within company parameters and according to current legislation.
Key Tasks:
Compensation & benefits:
- Check & supervise social and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees every month upon case- by- case basis.
- Supervise renewal contract for all employees.
- Supervise filling of employee profile at RSC & store level.
- Support C&B Manager to conduct C&B project such as for salary structure, performance appraisal, salary review…ect.
- Supervise the system of attendant record, overtime procedure, incentive, bonus and others benefits related to pay roll process.
- Follow up monthly/quarterly/yearly C&B report timely and correctly.
- Check & supervise monthly personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to direct supervise.
- Administer staff movement such as confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and termination. Maintain profile record of all staff movement.
- Check monthly payroll for RSC, full time, part- time employees.
Report:
- Checking monthly/yearly government report such as labor report, expats report…
- Prepare and analysis payroll reconcile report and other report related to payroll system.
- Supervise any internal reports such as OT, OT tracking management, Absenteeism, HR movement and other HR reports.
Other
- Supervise and implement HRA project which assigned such as Cadena soft, Attendant record machine.
- Other tasks will be assigned by line managers
- Conduct and support to HRA/ company’s activities.
