JOB PURPOSES
This role will work closely with clients and contractors under closed supervision to provide services with high quality and in a timely manner.
The HR Outsourcing Senior Consultant will be responsible for managing activities related to clients and contractors contain Labor management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
Support the team to achieve team’s target
Follow up payment of clients, and to contractors on a regular basis
HR Outsourcing Services Process
Outsourcing Services Delivery:
Manage all activities related to the contractors, including but not limited to Onboarding and Off Boarding process, Labor Management, Payroll Processing, Consultancy, Insurance, PIT finalization
Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required
Issue monthly invoices on time
Arrange Annual Health Check for contractors
Process Optimization:
Contribute to Process Optimization projects
Internal Coordination:
Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes
Provide required supports for activities relating to Business Development (if any)
Support to organize training skills to junior members
Acting Buddy/ Mentor to manage junior members on Outsourcing tasks
Provide supports for related teams in activities relating to account management
Work closely with related teams to ensure that data is accurately integrated into outsourcing processing
Reporting
Update regular reports as requested
Regulatory Compliance:
Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if being required)
Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks
Client Consultation & Support
Provide necessary consultation for clients and contractors in specific situations, ensure good employee relations
Consult clients on labor- related regulations and assist them in understanding relevant documents and processes (if any)
Play the role as a bridge between clients and contractors
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and provide high- quality service
Answer inquiries from clients, contractors in timely manner
Contact relevant internal departments for special requests from clients, contractors
