Senior Casual Lease Executive

Work closely with management in planning, setting up annual budget and rate card for event venue & advertising space in shopping mall to achieve annual revenue KPI.
Expand the network of event organizer, brand, partner, new service to optimize venue space usage & events’ diversification.
Co- ordinate with external event organizer & partner to manage offline set- up and operations of events, pop- up & ad space in shopping mall.
Revenue tracking & Report
Co- ordinate with Mall’s marketing calendar to align concept and attract customers to shopping mall during seasonal campaigns.
Performs other tasks as assigned.
Understanding tenants’ business situation, developing good network and idea to optimize tenants’ activities in mall.

· At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience working in shopping malls have an added advantage.
· Ability to think ‘out of the box’ to generate new ideas and see through its implementation/completion
· Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines and extra hours if needed on assignments.
· Excellent communications skills, both oral and in writing in Vietnamese and English.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and influence seniors, peers and juniors alike.
· Creative flair, up- to- date knowledge of industry and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines are a must.
· Proven experience in casual lease or sales activities
· Responsibility is required.
· A commitment to teamwork and able to work independently
· Initiative, eye for details and a team player with a positive attitude under all circumstances
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Mass Communications / Business related subject.
