Senior Co - Man Quality Control

Operational Management:

Coordinate with shipments and delivery schedules.
Lead and supervise all aspects of factory operations, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Implement and maintain efficient manufacturing processes to meet production targets while minimizing costs and maximizing output.
Monitor production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

. Quality Control Oversight:

Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products to identify deviations and address quality issues promptly.
Develop and enforce quality control procedures and standards to ensure the production of high- quality products that meet customer specifications.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to resolve quality- related concerns and implement preventive measures.
Problem Identification and Resolution:
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality- related problems.
Identify deviations or defects in products and escalate issues to relevant departments.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality management systems (ISO, FDA, etc.).
Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to manufacturing processes and product quality.
Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and certifications as necessary.* Job acceptance time: After the Lunar New Year

Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in cashew processing plants or in the food industry.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data- driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
4- 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on both operations management and quality control.
In- depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
Certification in quality management and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is desirable.
