Senior College Compass Learning Advisor

You will…
As an E2 Learning Advisor, you will professionally onboard and take care of current students, update and support study progress, and maintain relationships with families over time.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Student Services:
● Contact parents to inform cancellation/schedule change of meetings with counselors;
● Follow up with counselors to understand students’ progress;
● Collaborate with Sales, Academic, Admin, and Marketing departments to organize student activities;
● Support students struggling in college prep programs and counselors with students’ behavioral or academic issues;
● Make weekly calls to update parents about students’ performance;
● Work with parents/students to prepare documents and application components in order to help them achieve the highest results in college/university admission;
● Deal with students/parents’ requests/concerns. Produce deferment/refund reports for the finance department;
● Handle students/parents’ requests/concerns and student complaints;
Re- enrollment Sales:
● Coordinate with other departments to prepare for the new term;
● Follow up with parents to remind them to meet tuition payment deadline;
● Communicate with parents to get confirmation of re- enrollment registration of existing students;
● Follow up with absent, delayed and deferred students;
Leadership:
● Coach and mentor at least 01 Junior staff;
● Provide reports on student progress at the center;
● Oversee at least one of the key department projects;
● Collect feedback to present in cross- department projects;
● Organize team building activities;
Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager.

These are the minimum requirements. We can&039;t accept you in this role unless you meet them all:
● Good problem- solving and organizing skills
● Detail- oriented and patient with a customer- focused mindset
● Flexible and adaptable with changes.
● Basic computer skills and willing to learn new platforms
● Good verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
● Proactive, self- starting, curious and positive attitude
● At least 3 years of working experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling or Business Development
