Senior Content Executive (9-Month Contract)

Summary Key Focus Areas:

Event content: leaflets, brochures for domestic and global events.
Content creation: Products portfolios, Website content, case studies, whitepapers, knowledge sharing articles, presentations, blogs, EDM, Social Media posts…
Visual content: infographics, video clips (work with Designer)

Job Description:

Interact with content specialists, graphic designers and internal team members to create and review all content & ensure consistent message
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social content marketing activities.
Work closely with senior leaders, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our product’s core benefits properly and consistently
Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. Write clean, concise, well- polished copy
Produce high- quality articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, case studies, presentation content, survey reports and web copy
Edit content produced by team, including conceptualizing the projects upfront, assigning projects and overseeing development and copy- editing prior to publishing
Prepare Plan for content direction and strategy
Stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends and customer challenges in order to build a more effective editorial calendar
Push the business to adopt better content creation practices through frequent testing of new content formats and distribution channels, including championing the increased use of data visualization

3+ years of content marketing or direct copywriting experience
Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross- functional capacity
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast- paced, professional environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities
Results- oriented; proven ability to prioritize, drive and achieve results through self and others under time pressure.
Must be able to communicate in a calm and collected fashion
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline
Must be able to set relevant priorities on a daily basis as the job requires
Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive
Experience/consistent performance in deadline- oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work
Ability to create, update, and maintain training documents
Strong communication skills
Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
