Cross- functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Graphics and Video teams, and other creators to make visually impactful content
Collaborate with in- house teams to make sure selected product features meet industry quality standards; marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
Requirements
Work Experience
Track record of digital/ product content creation
Proven career advancement in digital/ product content marketing or holding an equivalent title in previous role(s)
Experience in e- commerce/ facebook ads/ email marketing or as a retail/ e- commerce shop owner is a plus
2- 3 years of experience in digital/ product content marketing
Skills
Research, task management and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English skills (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Copywriting in English/ graphic design briefing/ video briefing skills
Presentation or training/ mentoring/ coaching skill is a plus
Ability to deal with and deviate for AI at a professional level, e.g. Open AI and Canva AI, etc
