Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Contingent Workforce, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end- to- end lifecycle of external workforce management. You will be the strategic liaison between internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure timely, cost- effective, and compliant hiring and onboarding of contingent talent. This role requires a strong understanding of talent mapping, workforce management, vendor governance, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities
Vendor Management
Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with SLAs, and drive continuous improvement.
Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding the new vendors when needed.
Lead vendor governance by establishing performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies or third- party vendors.
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Engagement
Partner with business leaders to understand contingent workforce needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
Advise hiring managers on market trends, rate benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
Resource Allocation & Selection
Ensure optimal allocation of resources based on project timelines and budget.
Coordinate with business units to forecast contingent workforce needs and initiate appropriate selection process.
Contractor Onboarding Coordination
Collaborate with IT, HR, and Facilities to ensure readiness on Day 1.
Oversee onboarding processes for contractors, ensuring seamless experience and compliance with internal policies.
Contract Management
Ensure all documentation is accurate, up- to- date, and aligned with legal and procurement standards.
Partnering with procurement team to draft, review, and manage contracts and extensions for third party vendors.
Purchase Order, SOW & Payment Management
Partner with Finance and Procurement to ensure timely and accurate monthly payments.
Manage the creation and tracking of Purchase Orders and Statements of Work (SOW).
Initiate monthly timesheet governance and payment process.
Rate Card Management
Maintain and update rate cards in alignment with market benchmarks and internal compensation guidelines.
Ensure consistency, fairness and efficiency in costing model of contingent workforce.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
