JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with other departments such as account management, production, and development to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard
Relevant design skills: commercial, branding, proposal, social, digital, etc
Mentor and guide junior designers
Propose creative ideas for art direction according to Leader&039;s request
Presenting ideas and concepts internally and with clients when required
Stay up- to- date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are delivered on time and within budget
Work closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts that align with our client&039;s brand guidelines and meet their marketing objectives
REQUIREMENTS
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AE, etc.)
Must be effective at multi- tasking, time management, and presentation skills
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
Be stable under pressure and have a strong sense of urgency
Strong conceptual and creative thinking
Good at concept creation and idea creation for communication campaigns
At least 2- 3 years experience working in advertising or communication agencies, creative agencies
Digital painting/ sketching is an advantage
