Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer based in Vietnam to support our North American marketing team. In this role, you’ll create and execute fresh, high- quality designs across digital, print, web, and performance channels, from concept through final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams to develop on- brand, performance- driven creative assets, produce and edit video content, and contribute to a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. This role will play a part in optimizing creative for engagement, reach, and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Canadian marketing team to ensure all creative assets and layouts are visually compelling, on- brand, and optimized for performance.
Participate in creative sprints with the Growth/Performance Marketing team to generate impactful concepts for paid performance channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and Connected TV (CTV)
Design and support marketing and product email campaigns for both customer and non- customer audiences.
Other duties as assigned.
Create and execute fresh, high- quality designs across multiple channels (digital, print, web, display, sales, etc.) from concept to final delivery using industry- standard design software.
Review performance data in partnership with the Senior Performance Manager to refine creative assets, improve hit rates, and help lower customer acquisition costs (CAC).
Contribute to the development of a cohesive visual identity that reflects our brand personality across all touchpoints.
Support the production of assets for growth (ads, landing pages, email, website), brand (social media, events, merchandise), and product (packaging, UI support).
interest/ability to utilize AI to help streamline workflow, prompt for research/ideation, etc
Stay current with design trends, social media marketing best practices, tools, and techniques that drive engagement and brand consistency.
Edit video content tailored for platforms like social, CTV, and OOH advertising.
Your skills and experience
Excellent verbal and written English skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Strong portfolio with recent work, demonstrating a keen eye for visual details.
College or University education within the Creative field or equivalent.
Experience in a high- volume environment or advertising agency.
4+ years experience in paid social ad campaigns.
Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations.
High- level of proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Butter, and After Effects, as well as Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Figma, Google Suite, Vimeo and Frame.io
Experience across performance marketing, web, packaging, branding, and digital content creation.
Experience working in an e- commerce environment with a strong focus on conversion and performance.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work some evening hours to meet and collaborate with the Canadian team.
Aesthetic skills .
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members, regardless of time zone differences.
Experience working with Growth Marketing team.
Organized and self- motivated with strong problem- solving skills.
