Senior Data Analyst

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives.

Reporting and Visualization:

Present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and findings;

Data Management:

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources;
Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data quality and accessibility.

Collaboration:

Work closely with business units, marketing, finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;
Partner with data scientists and other analysts to develop advanced analytics models.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize analytical methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in data analysis and reporting;

Strategic Recommendations:

Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision- making processes;
Conduct ad- hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.

Mentoring and Team Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.

Must have:

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to non- technical stakeholders.
Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role;
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R;
Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail;
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques;
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field;

Nive to have:

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling;
Familiarity with cloud- based data services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
Certification in data analysis or related fields.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git);
Experience with big data technologies and platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark);

Salary: Up to 50M
Probation salary is 100% of official salary;
Working days from Monday to Friday, with flexible check- in time.
