Senior Data Analyst

Data Analysis and Processing on Big Data Systems:

Perform in- depth analysis using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools.
Design and build data processing pipelines using PySpark and Airflow to extract insights and ensure data is always available for business needs.
Evaluate the performance of products and marketing campaigns, and provide data- driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Consultation with Internal Teams:

Translate business problems into analytical tasks; identify data sources, perform analysis, and present findings from the stakeholders&039; perspective.
Work directly with business units and other departments to understand their needs and deliver appropriate data solutions.

Analytical Reporting and Data Presentation:

Build interactive and insightful dashboards to support various objectives (content strategy, marketing, operations, etc.).
Proficiently use BI tools (Superset, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Excel (intermediate level or higher) to present analysis results effectively.

Research and Application of New Technologies:

Proactively propose, test, and integrate new data tools or analytical methods to enhance productivity and work efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Skilled in BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI; capable of using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher) to quickly handle ad- hoc data requests.
Able to stand by analytical approaches, defend technical viewpoints, and handle pressure or conflicting timelines/expectations effectively.
Capable of advising and managing stakeholder expectations regarding data limitations, analytical logic, and solution feasibility.
Practical experience with PySpark for large- scale data processing.
Ability to design efficient analytical pipelines; preference given to candidates with experience using orchestration tools like Airflow or similar workflow management systems.
Hands- on experience working with big data in cloud and distributed system environments.
Proficient in SQL (Trino, BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and Python (pandas, numpy, seaborn/matplotlib).
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data- driven solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within technology companies, digital platforms, or OTT businesses.
