Senior Data Analyst

Develop URD and SRS documents describing detailed reporting requirements. Discuss with relevant departments to agree on URD and SRS; Coordinate with the development team to build reports on required systems.
Perform other job requirements as requested by the Unit Head/ Head of Department /Director of Technology.
Support the System Operations Department to process Tickets related to data checking and data retrieval.
Sign, store and manage documents and texts related to report development.
Receive requests for report development from relevant departments;
Evaluate requirements based on the status of the source system, DWH, Datamart, BI to evaluate feasibility and provide appropriate report building solutions.

Strong knowledge about different type of Database like Oracle, My SQL, Postgres, MS SQL.
