Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross- functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision- making for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to the development and optimization of data analytics solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to support business decisions.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of best practices in data analysis.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools to continuously improve data analysis processes
Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must- Have:

Excellent problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non- technical audiences.
3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Preferred

Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar Data Lakehouse platforms.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).
