Senior Data Analyst (SQL,Python)

Preparing reports and Providing data support for various departments for predictions using relevant data;
Identifying and gathering department requirements and then designing and implementing solutions that meet those needs with appropriate products or services.
Monitor partner operations and guide their action plans based on data- driven insights.
Own the end- to- end data flow, and data analysis and provide insights into the effectiveness of the business and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the senior management team.
Create compelling data visualizations (e.g., dashboards, reports) to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non- technical audiences.
Document data analysis processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Propose new automated data acquisition or analysis processes.
Provide data support for various departments.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Conduct in- depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, transform, and visualize data.

Yêu cầu công việc

Master in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization skills using BI tools such as Data studio and Tableau. Familiarity with R and Python is a plus.
Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus.
Proficiency in data processing, analytical skills, as well as negotiation and presentation skills.
At least 5 years of experience in the data field, with experience in tech companies being advantageous. BA degree from a university in Statistics, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with business, product, and technical stakeholders.
Experience with data warehousing and data modeling concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proactive problem- solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
