About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer with strong conceptual thinking, creative problem- solving skills, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines. You’ll work across advertising, commercial, and branded content projects- from 2D visuals and motion graphics to video campaigns- collaborating closely with strategists, producers, and clients.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast- paced environment, enjoys leading creative execution, and can confidently take ownership from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and creative execution for advertising and commercial projects.
Develop compelling visual concepts that align with campaign strategy and client objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, production, strategy) and directly with clients to translate ideas into strong visual output.
Design and produce across multiple formats: 2D graphics, layouts, motion graphics, simple video editing, and illustrations.
Source and manage external creative resources (freelancers, production partners) when needed.
Support junior designers with guidance and feedback to ensure quality and consistency.
Maintain high design standards under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Uphold brand and visual guidelines across all deliverables.
Requirements
Excellent communication and teamwork skills — able to work directly with clients and internal teams.
4+ years of experience in design, ideally within advertising, agency, or commercial production environments.
Ability to balance creativity with practicality under tight timelines.
Experience with simple video editing and motion graphic animation.
Proactive, solutions- oriented, and adaptable in fast- moving projects.
Leadership mindset with experience managing design workflow or delegating tasks.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and versatility across motion, graphic, and visual storytelling.
Nice to Have
Interest in storytelling, culture, and lifestyle- driven creative work.
Familiarity with 3D design tools or animation workflows.
Experience in art direction or campaign concept development.
