Senior Developer, Digital Platform Delivery (Java, SQL, Web Service, DevOps)

Job purpose:
- This role requires solid technical expertise in application design and development practices, including mentoring junior developers on coding standards, participating in pair programming sessions for complex features, and assisting with onboarding new team members on application architecture and development processes to ensure consistent development quality and knowledge sharing.
- The Senior Developer is an experienced technical contributor responsible for executing end- to- end application development and supporting successful product delivery.
Major accountabilities:
- Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, scalable code, conduct code reviews, implement testing strategies, and ensure adherence to development standards
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end- to- end web applications across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Innovation & Process Improvement: Research emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions, participate in agile processes, and provide technical expertise for project planning
- System Performance & Security: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, implement optimizations, and maintain system security and reliability
