Senior Digital Marketing Officer

Manage & Execute all Digital Ads Activities

Conduct experimentation, analyze lead quality to optimize conversion rates, user experience, campaign performance and revenue, ROI
Monitor the daily perfomance of campaigns and optimize as needed to ensure all campaigns achive required targets and objectives;
Set up campaign, manage, and conduct experimentation to optimize some advertising campaigns on online platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Google other Ads Platform
Provide directions for optimizing images, content and advertising quality based on a deep understanding of the technical regulations of each digital channel
Planning, executing and tracking all digital advertising activites/campaign on all digital channel , focus on lead generation campaigns
Performs other tasks as assigned
Interact and coordinate with agency, internal ralated department execute all ads campaigns including but not limited: Google, Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo Ads, Cốc Cốc, Native Ads... and other ads platforms, building and optimizing landing page for effective lead generation and conversion.

Manage and Devepment all Digital Channel/ Social Media Platform

Manage and maintain all Digital Channel /Social Media Platform include: Facebook, Tiktok, Email Marketing, Website,...
Email Marketing: Manage monthly content calendar, conduct send email by campaign and optimize email marketing campaigns
Study and propose solution to build up marketing automations, mar- tech solution
Implement innovation and development all SNS channel/ SMS/ ZNS Marketing

Report and Market Research:

Generate, analyze ads reports, perform of each channel on preriodically report
Data Analyze: Key performance metrics and provide regular reporting campaign performance, ROI and proposed solution to optimization
Evaluate competitors&039; digital strategies and recommend improvements to maintain LFVN&039;s competitive edge.

1- Key Skills
• In- depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, such as paid ads, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
+ Search engine marketing: Be proficient in Facebook/Google/Tiktok/ Native Ads,....
+ Social media management: Good understanding of social media strategies to increase engagement with customers and identify opportunities for holding marketing campaigns on social platforms.
+ Experience with targeting strategies, and campaign management, ad copywriting
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Email marketing: Experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot, Misa,...other CRM systems, and strong in optimizing performacen is prefered
• Data analysis and report skills: Be efficient in analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for next campaign and clearly reporting
• Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion tracking.
2- Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English (Reading and Writing)
• Minumum of 5 years experience of Digital Marketing with a preference for expertise in Ads Operations/Account or Growth/Performance Marketing Executive or similar role..
• Candidates with experience working at Digital Agency, Banking & Finance industry..is preferred
• Understand the financial product: credit cards,cash loan, car loan, durable loan,...
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast- paced environment with "can- do" spirit
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
