As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our vision by leading multi- channel digital campaigns, leveraging marketing automation, and optimizing data- driven strategies. Key Responsibilities
Job Summary
User Acquisition & Product Development Support

Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage marketing workflows and integrate digital CRM to track engagement and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Digital Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize multi- channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email) using A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
User Behavior Analytics: Monitor user journeys, deploy automated surveys to capture feedback, and inform product enhancements.

Brand Building & Market Growth/Expansion

Data- Driven Optimization: Use advanced analytics to monitor campaign ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies to support market expansion and improved brand performance.
Content & SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies (on- page and off- page) to improve organic search rankings, focusing on bio- research- related keywords and industry trends.
Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions for the bio- research platform and other websites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data- driven recommendations.
Minimum of 4- 6 years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in running ads, SEO, website optimization, and user data analysis.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
Fluent English for global collaboration
Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high- quality, accurate work.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics.

Preferred Attributes

Experience working with multi- website portfolios or SaaS platforms.
