Senior Digital Marketing

Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a subsidiary of 1C company – the leader of Russian and Eastern European business solutions market. There are over 5000 companies in Vietnam using 1C solutions in their everyday business operation and 1C Vietnam partnership network actively expanding through the major cities across the country.
We have an immediate opening for the position of Senior Digital Marketing Specialist. The objective of this role is to develop Marketing channel of the Company.
Job Description:
· Develop plans, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote software products and events of 1C Vietnam on online channels (CPM, CPC).
· Manage 1C Vietnam’s fan pages and channels on various platforms and execute technical adjustments.
· Create and manage keyword plans and article plans for SEO activities to increase organic traffic to the website.
· Consolidate, report and periodically analyze digital marketing data and report to the manager.
· Assist with other tasks within the Marketing Department.
· Propose adjustments to implementation direction, campaign and content to promote the ability to attract potential customers based on analytical data.
· Manage and optimize technical SEO factors to ensure effectiveness.
· Proactively research and update digital tools for implementation to increase potential customer acquisition.
· Collaborate with content marketing to produce and optimize product sales and promotional content.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with a degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
· Understanding of algorithms and experience in successfully implementing SEO projects.
· At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
· Ability to use supporting tools like Ladipage, Spineditor, SEO tools, etc.
· Strong organizational and internal information management skills.
· Preference for candidates with experience working in B2B software companies, such as ERP, MRP, accounting software, etc.
· Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data- driven decisions to improve content and communication strategies.
· Knowledge and experience in using and implementing multi- channel advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
