Senior Digital Performance Marketing

Function 1. Mobile App Marketing

Analyze customer behavior data to findout keypoint that help to improve campaign performance
Increase daily mobile app traffic via app marketing tactics, activities
Execute activities to increase number of install, mobile app account, mobile app transactions

Function 2. SEO & Organic Channel Marketing

Develope long term strategy to increase app, web traffic, transations via organic channel ( Social Media, Zalo, Email,....)
Manage SEO/Social media team/agency follow weekly, monthly plan and KPI
Develope SEO trategy and cooperate with IT team, Content team to implement the strategy

Function 3. Paid Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Ads, SEM,....)

Cooperate with Agencies to run and optimize for paid media campaigns

Function 4. Reporting

Keep tracked all customer data, customer behaviors, media activities

Other Activities

Coordinate wit agencies, partners, and other departments for cooperate campaign
Other activities follow company strategy & business requirements
Work with IT product team to implement tracking, digital marketing tool, optimize user experiencce

Functional Knowledge & Experience:

At least 03 years experience in digital marketing for e-commerce
Good analysis skills
Sales and Performance oriented
Strong experience with Mobile app, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM

Functional Skill

Efficiency
Good Communication ( listening, negotiation and presentation abilities )

Managerial Skill

Organization skills and ability to work well with other departments
The candidate must be rigorous, can take initiatives

Ability to work under pressure

Required Background & Attitude

Seniority: Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Office skills: Microsoft office in advance (Excel)
Education: University
